1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Autech Innovative LLC ("Autech Innovative", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
2. Who we are, and which sites these terms cover
Autech Innovative LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its principal place of business at 2158 College Dr, Glendale Heights, IL 60139, United States.
These Terms apply to the following properties, both of which are owned and operated by Autech Innovative LLC:
- autechinnovative.com — our software development and AI services site.
- inkandchapter.com — our publishing and author-services brand. inkandchapter.com is owned and operated by Autech Innovative LLC.
Where a specific site publishes its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply to that site in addition to these Terms.
3. Use of the site
You may view, download and print material from our sites for your own information and for evaluating our services. You agree not to:
- use the sites for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the sites, servers or connected systems;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the normal operation, security or availability of the sites;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact data for bulk commercial use without our written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an enquiry.
4. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, design, graphics, source code and compilation of the sites are owned by or licensed to Autech Innovative LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.
5. Photography and stock imagery
We do not claim ownership of the photographs used on our sites. Photographic imagery is obtained from third-party stock and free-licence sources and is used under the licence terms of the respective provider. Copyright in those images remains with the original photographers and rights holders.
We make reasonable efforts to use only imagery we are licensed to use. If you are a rights holder and believe an image on our sites has been used without a valid licence, please contact us using the procedure in section 7 and we will remove the material promptly while we investigate.
6. Third-party names, logos and trademarks
Product names, company names, brand names, trademarks and logos referenced on our sites — including but not limited to those of AI model providers, cloud platforms, frameworks, app stores, review platforms and other technology vendors — are the property of their respective owners.
Such marks are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, to indicate the technologies and platforms we work with. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or partnership with those owners unless expressly stated. All rights in those marks remain with their respective owners.
If you own a mark shown on our sites and object to how it is displayed, contact us and we will amend or remove it.
7. Copyright and intellectual property complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond promptly to properly submitted complaints. If you believe that content on our sites infringes a copyright or other right you own or control, email support@autechinnovative.com with the subject line "Content complaint" and include:
- a description of the work or right you say has been infringed;
- the exact URL or page where the material appears, and enough detail to identify it;
- evidence of your ownership of, or authority to act for the owner of, that right;
- your name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
On receipt of a valid complaint we will remove or disable access to the material in question promptly, usually within five business days, and will contact you to confirm. Removing material is not an admission of liability. You may also send notices to the postal address in section 13.
8. Enquiries, quotes and no contract
Information on our sites, including descriptions of services, indicative timelines and any figures shown, is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance and does not form a contract.
Any engagement between you and Autech Innovative LLC is governed solely by a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement. Submitting an enquiry form or booking a call creates no obligation on either party.
9. Links to other websites
Our sites may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control. We provide the links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or their privacy and data practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers
The sites and their content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the sites will be free of errors or that defects will be corrected. Nothing on the sites constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice on which you should rely.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autech Innovative LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the sites, whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autech Innovative LLC against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the sites.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the sites after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
